What is the OTG Flowcation all about?

Off-the-Grid (OTG) Flowcation is a four-day intimate, silent and technology-free guided retreat for individuals who want to take a mindful and reflective breather from the world, to better connect with the self and nature.

The program's format co-creates conditions and opportunities with the participants for them to reconnect with and renew themselves, and to deepen their abilities for awareness, discovery, discernment, and decision-making, taking them on a holistic health and well-being journey like no other.

As part of TLC’s 7 Pillars of L.I.F.E., OTG Flowcation focuses on one’s mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental health.

  • Note that the rate is inclusive of accommodation and food for the full four day OTG experience. Transport to and from the OTG venue is at the discretion of the participants, however, you can book your transport through TLC with an optional add-on.

  • If you do opt for the optional add-on transport, please expect an early departure to be able to start our program by 1:00PM.

  • Please do note that if you need an invoice and/or OR for your payment, there will be an addition of a 12% VAT to your rate.

In case you’re curious:

  • The Off-the-Grid Flowcation is a strictly phone and technology free retreat. Participants will give their gadgets to the organizers before the formal start of the retreat for safekeeping.

  • Yes! There most certainly are discounts that you can avail of. For groups of four or more, a rate reduction of Php 1,000 can be applied to each rate of the whole party! And, if you’re a former client of TLC, we will be more than happy to give you a special rate for yourself and for anyone that you might be bringing along with you.

  • Once the retreat starts, all participants will enter ‘noble silence.’ This largely means no talking outside of our circle call sessions where participants can share their thoughts with each other in a facilitated discussion, and no talking during mealtime.

    This is an opportunity for all of the participants to have the space to reflect, reevaluate and get in touch with their deeper selves. We know it might be difficult to decelerate from the ‘normal routine’ but we appreciate your trust in the program and in the process.

  • There are some essentials that we suggest participants bring:

    • A yoga mat

    • Personal toiletries

    • Maintenance medicine

    • Enough clothes for three to four days

    The following are optional but nevertheless can be of use:

    • Swimming attire (if the OTG is in Matuod)

    • Mosquito repellants

    • Flashlights

  • Transport is not included in the rates above. Generally, participants are responsible and welcome to arrange their own means of transport to and from the venue. Carpools between participants (if participants go as a group) are usually how participants get to and return from the venue.

    However, if the venue is a bit further from Manila (e.g. Sagada or Baguio) participants are more than welcome to arrange their transport through TLC if they opt for the additional and optional transport add on.

  • The TLC organizers are more than happy to assist in ironing out the accommodations that will make you the most comfortable you can be during the OTG Flowcation.

    However, please note that this is dependent on the venue of the OTG Flowcation. For locations like the Matuod Sanctuary, please do expect shared, dormitory style bathrooms as well as shared accommodations depending on the participant’s groups.

  • The food in the Off-the-Grid Flowcation will be plant dominant. This means that most of our meals will be vegetarian and plant-based with no meat. Cheese and eggs may be occasionally served.
