Myda Fernando is a life-long learner. Her everyday experiences motivate her to continue what she is most passionate about, which is helping and supporting others find their potentials as leaders and as members of the community. 

Her experiences in the Humanities and Liberal Arts pave the way for her to relate and adapt to different types of situations. Her involvement in successful big and small projects and initiatives contributes to her skills in the process of project planning, implementation, and evaluation.

She has also immersed herself in organizations that support personal development and nation-building. This supports her advocacy for continuous learning throughout one’s life.
