Workshop Details

CoachE Workshop Format

  • Once a week online sessions - for better internalization of new learning through coaching practices, and so as not to disrupt your regular work from home and life rhythm.

  • Daily practice between sessions - for the participants to maintain knowledge and insights gained from the workshop.

  • 4-5 week guided exploration period - the time allotted for the participants to explore and conduct research into the targeted area of specialization and apply practical client application.

  • Moving up and recognition day - culminating activity to provide important stakeholder feedback to participants and celebrate learning online!

What is CoachE?

CoachE is a transformational program geared to empower individuals whose day-to-day roles call for helping others become their best selves and sustain that journey. It is likewise a foundational course for those who aim to be professional Executive, Leadership, Life, or Business Coaches.

CoachE is designed to help develop the necessary knowledge, skill sets, and more importantly – the life stance, attitude, and mindset of a COACHING LEADER - at home, at the workplace, in the larger community, and in society.

What to expect?

  • Twelve weeks of self-directed learning aided by seasoned Coaches and Facilitators, purposely-designed learning materials, a collaborative learning experience with co-participants, and practical application.

  • An intimate virtual setting (maximum of 15 participants) to promote a focused and greater individualized approach to learning.

  • A good balance of theories plus supervised and feedback-rich coaching practice.

  • Consultation with the Program Leader on how to further develop as a professional coach, which coaching organizations to participate in, and how to set-up your own professional coaching practice supported by the TLC Community of Consultants, Coaches, and Capability Creators.

  • A powerful and transformational learning journey - discover how to unleash the power of positive change, starting from within. Learn how to become more at work, or better yet, your “calling,” where you engage with individuals and teams for positive change.
